Meeting Minutes:

1. Alex joins the meeting after a period of absence. The board welcomes the fact that Alex can now support the activities.
2. AdCom Meeting in September:
1. The 3rd Germany Section AdCom Meeting takes place on 22nd September.
2. It is expected that the CS Chapter will shortly report on the recent and planned activities.
3. Christof and Saad will create the slideset to be presented—a 1-hour slot to be planned for it.
4. Christof will present the slides in the meeting
5. Kawa and other board members can give their input on a list of activities online (before the prep meeting).
3. Website Access:
1. C16 Chapter Secretary has now the access to website for editing
2. Step 1: A static page will be created with the infomation already agreed.
3. Step 2: The dynamic page with more content will be added including forwarding from main page
4. Hosting: the additional content can be hosted at IEEE server; Saad and Alex to pursue this and set it up after step 1.
5. Saad will request access for Kawa.
4. Webinar:
1. IEEE Germany Section Computer Society Chapter hosted a webinar on Monday, 25th August 2025 at 17:00 CEST.
2. The event was attended by 7 members. Relatively low number due to vacation period.
3. The event recording and the slides will be uplaoded once received.
5. Volunteer Training Series Workshop:
1. Saad participated in the VTS workshop in Tunisia
2. The workshop had 3 tracks; Saad participated in chapters track.
3. He gathered ideas and best-practices for running a chapter.
