IEEE Inspire: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders
The IEEE Student Branch is organizing an outreach program titled “IEEE Inspire: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders” for 9th and 10th class students. The initiative aims to motivate and guide young minds in making informed choices about their future after Class 10.
Through an interactive talk, activities, and discussions, students will:
-
Understand the different academic and career paths available after 10th (Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational).
-
Learn the qualities of future leaders such as curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and character.
-
Gain awareness about emerging careers and technologies (AI, Robotics, Green Energy, Entrepreneurship, etc.).
-
Be inspired to dream big, plan smart, and work hard to achieve their goals.
The program will also include engaging exercises like a quick career poll and a “dream sharing” activity to encourage active participation.
Outcome: Students will leave the session with a clearer understanding of their options, increased confidence to pursue their interests, and inspiration to develop leadership qualities from a young age.
