IEEE Day Celebrations 2025: Tech Talk on "Next-Generation AI in Healthcare"
The IEEE Consumer Technology Society (CTSoc) and Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) jointly organized a Tech Talk on “Next-Generation AI in Healthcare” on 13th October 2025. The session aimed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and their impact on the healthcare industry.
The talk was delivered by Dr. Ashok Kumar Pradhan, an esteemed faculty member from SRM University, who shared his expertise on three pivotal domains—Explainable AI (XAI), Federated Learning (FL), and Generative AI. He discussed how these emerging technologies are enhancing decision-making processes, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring ethical and privacy-preserving applications in healthcare systems.
