We create a new concept, Uncanny Discourse, that frames computer and human interaction, informed by the reality-bending nature of AI.

Biography:
Brook Conner is a faculty instructor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has over 25 years of experience in technology and security, with multiple publications and speaking engagements. He has served as chief information security officer for multiple clients across industries, including the State of Hawaii Department of Education. He also transformed the public education technology landscape in Hawaii as the chief information officer of the state's Department of Education, modernizing legacy systems, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring network resilience.
