- There is a youth parliament thing being organised by Javed sir on 11th and 12th, convention will be booked by them, we’ll have to move convention events to some other venue, though we will have more footfall due to this happening.

- Applications for venues should be done within a day or two so there are no issues with booking

- Members meeting to take place Tomorrow, to divide volunteers into teams for particular events

- Events are divided into two major domains, technical and cultural

- The current tech event ideas are as follows - hackathon, bug bounty, bug fixing, robosumo, cypher and cryptography, prompt engineering, gemini, vibe coding, logo designing (merge with ad making?)

- Cultural - Treasure hunt, Mushaira, gaming, ad making, meme making, 1 minute talent show, band performance, video coverage comp, powerlifting

- We will try to keep the performances on day 2 so everyone is available and not busy with any events, Bushra mentioned how we should do these at the end of the day so there is no conflicts (on hold for now, final confirmation later)

- Treasure hunt, hackathon, mushaira, FIFA, powerlifting, video coverage and editing to take place on day 1

- Robo sumo, cypher/cryptography, poster making, UI/UX to take place on day 2

- Event on both days need to be concluded by 5pm tentatively (extension to be discussed)

- Vibecoding, prompt engineering to be a criteria for hackathon

- Band performance (Rayyan) on day 2

- Club hackathon and treasure hunt, club RoboSumo and poster making, Fifa and Mushaira

- Times for events are mentioned in the sheet made by Aasif
