Hugo Wyss, long time active IEEE Switzerland member, invites you for an informal exchange of views on the attractiveness of becoming a member of IEEE for residents of IEEE Region 8 and particularly Switzerland.
Which IEEE benefits are worth the costs of becoming and staying a member, given the actual changes, i.e. geopolitical and of the business model, e.g. AI taking over administration, review and access to published information.
Is IEEE just drifting to a specialized social media? Is it superseded by LinkedIn?
