Sight Day Congress 4.0
The SIGHT Day Congress (SDC) is a flagship IEEE event dedicated to leveraging technology for social good. It brings together students, young professionals, researchers, and industry experts to explore innovative solutions in humanitarian engineering, inclusive education, and healthcare technologies. Through keynote talks, technical workshops, and interactive discussions, SDC fosters collaboration, innovation, and sustainable impact aligned with the mission of IEEE SIGHT.
Theme 2026: Beyond Diagnosis: Closing the Gap in Learning Accessibility
SDC 4.0 focuses on how technology can move beyond medical diagnosis to address learning accessibility. The congress highlights innovative solutions at the intersection of medical engineering, assistive technologies, artificial intelligence, and inclusive education, aiming to reduce learning barriers and promote equal opportunities for all.
SDC 4.0 is hosted by the IEEE ESPRIT Student Branch and IEEE ESPRIT SIGHT Group, in collaboration with the IEEE SIGHT Tunisia Section, and will take place in Hammamet, Tunisia, on April 18–19, 2026.
The congress continues to build on the success of previous editions, fostering meaningful connections and showcasing innovative solutions that create real-world social impact.
