1. Election Committee Nomination

• It was reported that the eight senior IEEE members within the chapter were contacted regarding serving on the election committee.

• No positive responses were received.

• Two alternative approaches were discussed:

  • Circulating a request for volunteers via IEEE Engage.

  • Personally requesting volunteers during the upcoming AdCom meeting.

• It was noted that the election schedule may need to be revised. The final decision on updating the schedule will be left to the proposed election committee once formed.

2. AdCom Additional Topics

• Final adjustments were made to the presentation slides following the preparation meeting held on 14 November 2025.

• The budget topic could not be discussed as the Treasurer left the meeting early.

• Additionally, uncertainties related to the ongoing election process contributed to the postponement of the budget discussion.

3. VTS Workshop

• The Secretary provided a summary and explanation of selected topics from the VTS Workshop held during the summer.

4. Webinars

• The committee discussed organizing regular monthly webinars.

• An initial list of potential (unsolicited) speakers will be compiled.

• Speakers will be requested to provide final confirmation once they are assigned a date in the schedule.
