This ExCom administrative meeting brings together chapter officers to finalize the 2026 election arrangements, including the appointment of election officers/committee roles, and to align on vTools reporting and compliance (officer reporting, event reporting workflow, and documentation checklist). It also covers the transition/handover plan, ensuring a smooth continuity of chapter operations. Attendance is recommended for ExCom and volunteers directly involved in elections, reporting, and chapter administration.

3. Appointment of Election Committee/Officers: roles, responsibilities, conflict-of-interest check, approvals (10 min)

4. vTools preparation: officer reporting, event reporting checklist, access/permissions, templates (15 min)

5. 2025 wrap-up: pending actions, documents to finalize before term end (10 min)

7. AOB + decisions, action items, and next steps (2 min)
