Agenda

The session covered:

·       fundamentals of perception using camera, LiDAR, and radar sensors

·       object detection, tracking, and scene understanding

·       decision-making frameworks in AVs

·       planning algorithms for safe navigation

·       real problems in traffic systems and AV deployment

·       research opportunities for undergraduate students

Students were also shown sample datasets, graphs, and algorithmic outputs related to perception and motion planning, as visible in the presentation slides.

The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A session where students enthusiastically discussed challenges and possibilities in AV/ITS research.
