Classic Control Course
Discover Classical Control: Practical and Theoretical Training with Eng. Ayman Al-Khuzundar.
Classical Control is considered one of the essential courses in Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering, and it is indispensable for any engineer seeking to build a strong foundation in industrial control systems. The course focuses on the fundamental principles required to control motors, sensors, and machines using traditional control components such as contactors, relays, timers, and other electrical circuit elements.
This hands-on course aims to equip students with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot physical and electrical control systems using mathematical tools and classical control techniques, prior to advancing to modern or digital control concepts. Participants will also gain practical experience in building circuits, simulating control systems, and diagnosing electrical faults systematically.
Course Content Includes:
-
Fundamentals of classical control theory and real-world applications.
-
Drawing and analyzing electrical power and control diagrams.
-
Understanding the basic components of electrical control panels.
-
Hands-on practice in building and simulating circuits using various components.
-
Systematic methods for electrical fault detection and troubleshooting.
-
Case studies from industrial control systems for applied learning.
