IEEE AP-S CUSAT SBC CST Studio 101: Antennas & Filters
This introductory session provides a clear overview of how antennas and filters are analyzed using simulation tools, with a focus on CST Microwave Studio. The speaker will cover fundamental antenna and filter concepts and demonstrate how these components are modeled and evaluated through simulation.
Designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, the session highlights where CST fits into RF and microwave engineering workflows and how it is used in real-world analysis and design.
The event is suitable for beginner-level undergraduate and postgraduate students. No prior experience with CST is required.
