2025 3rd Power Electronics and Power System Conference (PEPSC 2025) isco-organized Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), technical sponsored by IEEE PES Malaysia Chapter and Chongqing University, supported by South China University of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hangzhou Dianzi University and Center for Power Engineering (CPE), Nanyang Technological University, media supported by Proceedings of the CSEE, Automation of Electric Power Systems, Power system Technology, High Voltage Engineering, Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, New Type Power Systems, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES), Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, High Voltage, Energy Internet, Power System Protection and Control, Electric Machines and Control, Electrical Power Engineering Technology, Cyber-Physical Energy Systems, Electric Power Automation Equipment, Power Generation Technology, CPSS Transactions on Power Electronics and Applications(CPSS TPEA), Journal of Power Supply, Nanfang Nengyuan Jianshe, Neimenggu Dianli Jishu, Smart Power & Energy Security, Electric Power , Southern Power System Technology, Global Energy Interconnection, ÉLECTRIC POWER, Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation, Smart Power Research Group (SPRG), bjx.com.cn and Distributed Energy, which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from Nov. 13 to 16, 2025. The theme of PEPSC 2025 is "Digital, Intelligent Power Conversion and New Power System".

This conference is aimed at providing a platform for all researchers and engineers to share ideas, highly developed skills and successful practices to others. The conference lasted for 4 days with the reception to be held on the first day to meet and mingle with conference chairs, session chairs and other participants.

More than 50 participants from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, USA, UK, China and more attended the conference. Three renowned speakers delivered speeches about their latest research. They are Prof. Lim Boon Han from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia, Dr. Danny Pudjianto from Imperial College London, UK and Prof. LEE Yee Cheong from Academy of Engineering and Technology of the Developing World (AETDEW), Malaysia. The conference also includes 2 technical sessions and one poster session. There is a lively discussion at the conference, which promotes academic exchange, which makes PEPSC 2025 an effective communication platform for all the participants all over the world.

The technical program committee received over 40 submissions from all over the world, among which 21 were accepted. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted and presented papers representing an important PEPSC 2025 outcome. The proceedings cover 4 chapters: Chapter 1-Battery Energy Storage System; Chapter 2-Power System Resilience and Fault Detection; Chapter 3-Control and Operation of Power Systems; Chapter 4-Algorithms for Grid Optimization and Security.
