The IEEE Student Branch of Jeppiaar Engineering College, in association with the IEEE Madras Section and IEEE India Council, successfully organized the 10th International Conference on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (ICONSTEM 2025) on 6th and 7th November 2025 at Jeppiaar Engineering College, Chennai. The conference was conducted in offline and hybrid modes, providing a global platform for students, research scholars, faculty members, and academicians to present and discuss their research contributions.

The event was graced by an esteemed panel of chief guests and dignitaries from India and abroad. Mrs. Gemmarie Tibayan V, a Digital Inclusion and Accessibility Specialist from the Philippines, shared valuable insights on inclusive technology. Mr. Shone Jose, Vice Chair of IEEE Indian Council (Entrepreneurship Activities), and Dr. P. Sakthivel, Chairman of IEEE Madras Section, inspired participants with their experiences in leadership and professional growth. The international presence included Prof. Xiao Zhi-Gao from the University of Eastern Finland and Dr. Celia Shahnaz from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. Other notable dignitaries included Dr. E. Bhaskaran, Joint Director (Engineering), Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu; Dr. V. Nagarajan, Conference Committee Member, IEEE Madras Section; Dr. Bhavana S, Christ University, Bangalore; Ms. Rupali Bahadur, Senior Director – OPS IT, AstraZeneca, Chennai; and Mr. David Koehler, 2025 Internal Outreach Chair, IEEE Technology for a Sustainable Climate Matrix Organization. Their presence added immense value to the event, motivating attendees and fostering knowledge exchange across diverse fields.

The conference commenced with a formal inaugural ceremony, which included registration, invocation, lighting of the Kuthu Vilakku, welcome address, and inaugural address by eminent dignitaries from academia, industry, and IEEE professional bodies. The speakers emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary research and innovation in line with the conference theme, “Fusion of Intelligence and Technology in the Next-Gen.” The conference featured invited talks by distinguished national and international experts, who shared valuable insights on emerging technologies, digital inclusion, sustainable development, and recent research trends Following the inaugural session, the conference proceeded with parallel technical tracks, conducted in both offline and online modes across multiple venues. Research papers were presented by participants from various institutions and were moderated by internal and external session chairs. The overall proceedings of the conference, including the inaugural and valedictory sessions, were effectively coordinated by Mr. Mukesh U and Ms. Shreya Maurin H, who served as the Main Emcees for the event. After the completion of the technical sessions, certificates were distributed to the participants. The conference concluded with a valedictory function, during which the organizing committee expressed sincere gratitude to the dignitaries, speakers, session chairs, reviewers, volunteers, and participants for their valuable contributions.
