IEEE UWT Student Branch - Winter 2026 Officer Meeting (#2) - Workshop Preparation + Order Parts!

This meeting, we have prepared responsibilities for each officer to do for our next steps. This time, we are preparing a PCB workshop to be held on January 28th, 2026. We have also requested funding for snacks and treats for a progress report event to be held on February 4th, 2026. 

We have also declared we will host the two following events: Arduino workshop (2/11), Servo & Motor Workshop (2/25). 

We have assigned who will lead which workshop, as well. 

We have also gathered a final list of parts to order for the project groups. Majority of the groups have all of their parts - free of charge.
