IEEE WIE SBAG ITU and IEEE Student Branch ITU, in collaboration with ORIC, actively participated in the Pashra ICT Awards by providing volunteer support for event management. The initiative focused on supporting the management of startup and project pitches, ensuring smooth execution of the award process.

The event was conducted over two days, on 4th and 5th September, during which approximately 20 volunteers from IEEE WIE SBAG ITU and IEEE SB ITU were deployed. The volunteers were responsible for coordinating pitch sessions, managing team lineups, guiding teams to present on time, and ensuring that all participants were prepared and organized for their pitch presentations. Their efforts played a key role in maintaining the event’s structure and flow.
