The IEEE Student Branch, in coordination with the IEEE Power Electronics Society Student Branch Chapter, IEEE Women in Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group, IEEE Communications Society Student Branch Chapter, and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Student Branch Chapter, conducted its First Executive Committee Meeting for the trimester on Friday, 13th February 2026, at the Simulation Lab, Electrical Engineering Department.

The meeting aimed to discuss and finalize the roadmap of activities to be organized during the trimester. Office bearers from all respective units presented proposed event plans, collaborative initiatives, timelines, and strategies for effective execution.

Key discussions included inter-society coordination, technical and professional event planning, member engagement strategies, and overall operational structuring for the trimester.

The meeting concluded with defined action items, clarity of responsibilities, and a structured plan for upcoming activities.
