3^rd Annual General Meeting of the IEEE Student Branch- National Institute of Technology - Rourkela (STB65821) was held on Friday, 21^st January 2026 in offline mode. The following resolutions were made in the meeting: 

1. Welcome Address by STB Counselor & STB Chair.
   

   Dr. Arnab Ghosh, STB Counselor, has welcomed all the members to STB. He has congratulated all members on confirmation of the executive committee at NIT Rourkela for the year 2026.

   
   
2. Confirmation of the Executive Committee for the year 2026.
   

   During the meeting, it was unanimously decided to elect the Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members. The following members have been elected to ensure the effective and smooth conduct of Student Branch activities for the said year. It was further noted that the tenure of the Chair and the webmaster has been extended until 31 December 2026.

   
   
   
   
3. A general discussion on activities of the previous and the current year. 
   All the members jointly proposed several future activities that can be carried out by the Student Branch as follows: 
   
   1. Conducting workshops, quizzes, competitions, seminars, conferences and webinars etc.
   2. The meetings and events are to be uploaded in IEEE vTools on a regular basis to keep track of the activity details as and when required.
