Currently serving as Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Leader at Texas Health Resources, he has held senior roles at Upwork, SiriusXM Radio, Equifax, and Prudential Financial.
Mohan specializes in developing customer analytics frameworks, architecting ML-driven solutions while leading high-performance analytics teams. A published researcher and thought leader, he has authored multiple publications on AI and customer experience innovation. He holds a Masters degree in Business Analytics from University of Connecticut.
