TKR HACK CONQUEST 2.0 – National Level 24-Hour Hackathon Organized by IEEE Student Branch TKRCET in Association with WIE Hyderabad Section

TKR HACK CONQUEST 2.0, the second edition of the National Level Hackathon organized by the IEEE Student Branch of TKR College of Engineering and Technology (TKRCET), Hyderabad, in association with WE00149 – Hyderabad Section Affinity Group, WIE, was conducted from 27–28 February 2026 as a 24-hour innovation challenge designed to encourage problem-solving, creativity, and collaborative learning among students. The event witnessed participation from 55 teams comprising 197 students, including 7 IEEE members and 190 non-IEEE students from various institutions. The hackathon consisted of five rounds of evaluation, where the first four rounds were conducted by professors and subject experts from different disciplines, assessing teams on parameters such as innovation, technical feasibility, development progress, and implementation. Based on these evaluations, the top 23 teams advanced to the final round. The final jury evaluation was conducted by Dr. M. Aruna Bharathi, Vice Chair, WIE Affinity Group, IEEE Hyderabad Section, who assessed the projects on innovation, clarity of presentation, and real-world applicability. At the conclusion of the competition, nine teams were recognized for their outstanding performance: three teams were awarded the titles of Winner, First Runner-Up, and Second Runner-Up, three teams received consolation prizes, and three teams were offered internship opportunities by Hackbot for their promising solutions. The event successfully carried forward the spirit of TKR HACK CONQUEST 1.0, reinforcing TKRCET’s commitment to fostering innovation, technical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration among aspiring engineers.
