The IEEE PES DIU Student Branch Chapter proudly presents Day #2 of the Chapter Leadership & Excellence Series, designed to empower ExCom members with essential operational and digital management skills required for running an efficient and professional chapter.

This session will focus on building a smart workflow using widely used tools and practical techniques to streamline chapter activities, documentation, and communication.

Participants will gain hands-on insights into:

  • Mail Merge for creating and sending bulk emails efficiently
  • Google Drive management for organized file storage and seamless sharing
  • Google Sheets for basic data handling, tracking, and record management
  • Google Forms for creating forms and managing responses effectively
  • Basics of Canva designing for professional visual content creation
  • Color selection and fundamental design principles
  • Canva Bulk Create and Microsoft Word Bulk Create for efficient certificate and content generation
