The WIE LAUTECH STEM Outreach 2026 is a one-day program to inspire and empower secondary school girls to explore STEM fields. Participants will engage in interactive sessions covering robotics, embedded systems, design thinking, and basic coding. The workshop provides hands-on learning through team activities and practical exercises.

Mentors from the IEEE WIE LAUTECH Student Branch, including experienced students and engineers, will guide participants throughout the day. The program aims to provide role models, build confidence, and encourage continued interest in STEM careers.

Motivational talks and real-world examples will demonstrate the impact of STEM skills on society. Participants will receive certificates and small tokens for recognition.

The event aligns with WIE’s mission to connect, support, and inspire women and girls worldwide while fostering technological innovation. By the end, participants will gain practical skills, insights into STEM careers, and motivation to pursue further studies in engineering and technology.
