The IEEE Women in Engineering Day Celebration is a structured initiative aligned with the theme “Technology with Purpose: Innovate Responsibly, Inspire Globally, Lead with Integrity.” Guided by the framework and recommended directions of the IEEE WIE Day Committee, it is designed to foster meaningful engagement across the IEEE community.

Rooted in the principles of the IEEE Code of Ethics, the initiative aims to promote responsible and ethical technology, empower leadership in STEM, encourage innovation with purpose, and support impactful contributions aligned with global challenges and community needs.
