2nd Extended ExCom Meeting 2026

Eligibility

The IEEE Portugal Section will support the travel expenses of one representative per Organizational Unit (OU) or appointed officers team. Additional participants are welcome, but their travel expenses should be covered by their respective OU.

Accommodation Support

Accommodation support may be considered for participants travelling long distances (typically more than two hours by car) or where suitable public transportation options are unavailable.

Reimbursement Rules

• Whenever possible, please use public transportation or share travel with colleagues.
• For travel by personal car, no invoice is required; please indicate the total number of kilometres travelled.
• For all other expenses, invoices must be issued with the details below.
