Sri Lanka Inspire Career Compass Speaker Training Session is organized to provide career guidance knowledge, and speaker training for the 2026 SL Inspire Organizing Committee members, Provincial Career Compass session speakers across 9 Student Branches, and undergraduates who are interested in career guidance.

On May 13, 2026, the SL Inspire Career Compass Speaker Training Session was successfully conducted via Zoom from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. as part of the preparations for the upcoming Provincial Career Compass sessions.

Facilitated by Mr. Rushdi Hadi, one of the founding members of the IEEE SLInspire National Project, as well as a career coach and consultant with 15 years of experience.

The session focused on effective communication, presentation skills, audience engagement, storytelling, and mentorship. The training helped prospective speakers enhance their ability to guide, motivate, and inspire students in making informed educational and career decisions.

The successful completion of the session strengthened the readiness of the speaker team and marked an important step toward delivering impactful Career Compass sessions to students across Sri Lanka.
