By integrating LiFi (light-based communication) with conventional wireless networks, his system dynamically adapts to environmental conditions to improve performance. Tanay Joshi
Biography:
Tanay Joshi is a researcher and developer specializing in Visible Light Communication (LiFi) and is currently a junior at The Woodlands High School as well as an active IEEE student member. He is engineering a high-speed data transmission system using the Raspberry Pi 5 and MCP3008 ADC, with the goal of bridging secure networking solutions and accessible, low-cost hardware.
His work explores the intersection of signal processing and optical communication, with a particular focus on deploying LiFi in secure office environments and underserved rural settings. Through his research, Tanay is committed to advancing student-led hardware innovation and promoting sustainable telecommunications solutions with real-world impact.
