AI based Reliablity Prediction in Semiconductor Devices
This distinguished academic and industry leader served as a Tenured Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) from 1996 to 2014. A recognized authority in the field, they have been an IEEE Electron Devices Distinguished Lecturer since 2006 and hold prestigious Fellowships with the Singapore Quality Institute, the Institute of Engineers (Singapore), and the Institute of Association of Advanced Materials (Sweden).
In 2015, they founded Asia's first comprehensive Reliability Science and Technology Center, achieving a landmark regional milestone as the first research hub to partner with Infineon. Their leadership extends to serving as the 2024 President of the Taiwan Reliability Technology Association. Throughout their career, they have received numerous accolades for innovation and industry impact, including the 2024 IAAM Scientist Medal in Engineering Materials, the Taiwan Gold Medal Innovation Award (2022) for GaN circuit design, the Best Industrial Collaboration Award from Chang Gung University (2022), and the Infineon UP Program Professor Award in both 2021 and 2024.
