ELEVATE Lebanon — From Campus Project to Industry Reality
Elevate Initiative – Mentorship and Project Development Program
The Elevate Initiative is designed to connect IEEE Young Professionals and student members with experienced professionals from industry who can mentor and support them in developing their projects.
The initiative will focus on two main components. The first is mentor–project matching, where participating students and young professionals will be matched with suitable company mentors based on their project topics, interests, and development needs. The second component is project presentation and follow-up, giving participants the opportunity to present their work, receive constructive feedback, track their progress, and showcase their achievements.
As a first step, the initiative will be launched online by building a network of approximately ten participating companies or mentors. An introductory online event will then be organized to present the initiative to IEEE members, explain the mentorship process, introduce the participating mentors, and begin the matching process between mentors and project teams.
