NAVYANTRA – 24-Hour National Level Hardware Hackathon
NAVYANTRA – Build Beyond Boundaries is a 24-hour National Level Hardware Hackathon organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and IEEE KSSEM Student Branch, in association with IEEE CEDA Bangalore Chapter, Inversa Technosoft, and Tenet Technetronics. It provides students with a platform to transform innovative ideas into functional hardware prototypes through hands-on engineering, creativity , teamwork, and problem-solving.
The hackathon encourages participants to develop solutions addressing real-world challenges across four domains:

Smart Agriculture & Environment

Smart Mobility & Robotics

Smart Infrastructure & Industrial Automation
Participants will compete in teams of 3–4 members and work within a 24-hour challenge to design, build, test, and demonstrate their prototypes. The event aims to promote innovation, practical application of engineering concepts, interdisciplinary collaboration, rapid prototyping, and industry-oriented problem solving.
The event is also supported by the IEEE Day 2026 Ambassadors, Thanushree N and Sakshi M, who contribute to the IEEE Day initiative and its celebration through this technical innovation event.
The hackathon offers a ₹50,000 prize pool, with the winning team also receiving an internship opportunity with stipend, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
