IEEE Day 2026 – From Curiosity to Creation: A STEM Electronics Experience

As part of IEEE Day 2026, an engaging STEM event will be conducted on 7 October 2026 to encourage school students to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through practical learning and working prototypes.

The event will feature working prototype demonstrations and mentoring sessions led by student teams. Each team will consist of two members and will present a functional prototype, explain its key features and applications, and demonstrate its working model in a simple and engaging manner.

The activity will also include interactive questions and discussions with school students, helping them understand the concepts behind the prototypes and encouraging curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving.

Key Activities:

• Working prototype demonstrations

• Brief project explanations

• Interactive mentoring sessions

• Discussion of features and real-world applications

• Student engagement through simple questions and discussions

• Cake cutting and group photograph
