IEEE VTS NANJING CHAPTER SEMINAR by PROF. WEIXIAO MENG
Title:Integrated Satellite Communications, Navigation, Remote Sensing & Intelligence Technology and Networks
Speaker:Weixiao Meng, Professor, Harbin Institute of Technology, China
Abstract:This report focuses on the future development trends of 6G, AI, and the space-air-ground integrated networks. Based on the recent scientific research achievements, First introduce the research status of satellite communications and Non-Terrestrial-Networks (NTN), then present a new type of air-based wireless communication system, and provide the design and application of grant-free low-orbit satellite Internet of things (SIoT). Secondly present the Doppler acquisition based precise positioning technology for low-orbit satellite communication and navigation integration under GNSS-less or free conditions. In response to the practical problem of long-time delay in satellite remote sensing data back transmission, we propose the integrated satellite communications and remote sensing technologies, and provides the combining SAM large model intelligent processing and transmission of on-board region of interest (ROI) images. Finally, in accordance with the development needs of future space computing networks, we present a scheme for integrated low-orbit satellite communication and artificial Intelligence.
