CASS STUDENT DESIGN COMPETITION - Team building
On October 23rd, 2026, the IEEE CASS UMSA Student Branch Chapter held an in-person team-building session to encourage students to participate in the IEEE CASS Student Design Competition 2027.
During the three-hour session, participants shared and presented their project ideas, exploring different concepts and potential solutions to develop for the competition. Members of IEEE CASS UMSA provided feedback and recommendations to help participants refine their ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
After more than 20 project ideas were presented, participants voted for the proposals they found most promising. Based on these results, students formed teams and began organizing themselves to develop their selected projects for the competition.
The activity provided a collaborative environment for students to exchange ideas, receive feedback, identify potential teammates, and take their first steps toward developing competitive project proposals.
The IEEE CASS UMSA Student Branch Chapter is proud to support and inspire students to participate in international technical competitions, fostering innovation, teamwork, and the development of new engineering projects. Through these initiatives, the chapter aims to encourage greater student participation and contribute to the continued growth of the IEEE CASS Student Design Competition.
