The IEEE GOLD Affinity group invited the ACT members in general for a geeky night for grown-ups at Questacon, were the members could explore the galleries after dark and get hands on with over 200 interactive exhibits.
Special guests from The Australian National University presented two intriguing shows. Dr Guy Micklethwaite, who examined the physics of time travel and Dr Lindy Orthia, who looked at the science content in Doctor Who with "The Doctors, the Daleks and the dangerous to know: Doctor Who's mad scientists."
