IEEE WIE SIC is the motivation from Global IEEE WIE Initiative i.e. IEEE Women in Engineering Student-Teacher and Research Engineer/Scientist (STAR) to motivate PreU students, especially girls to step into technical fields. This camp is being proposed and organized by IEEE Women in Engineering Region 10 Committee 2023-24.

Objectives:

• Engagement of all the IEEE WIE AGs & IEEE EA Chapters from R10 and connecting the motive of the camp with other Regional WIE for international participation.
• Enrichment of Pre-University Students in STEAM Subjects via Social Innovation/Design thinking approach.
• Engagement of PreU Students' Parents/Teachers for full-fledged awareness of Industrial knowledge required for their children at an early stage.
• Bringing STEAM as the most important pillar for PreU growth in a sustainable long-term perspective.
