This program seeks to inspire and empower  students through engaging activities designed to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, leadership development, and innovation. Our overarching objective is to provide the students with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to unlock their potential, nurture their creativity, and contribute to their academic and personal growth. 

The planned activities for this initiative include interactive STEM workshops and hands-on projects that aim to foster innovation and creativity among students. Leadership and empowerment sessions will be conducted to help build their confidence and strengthen decision-making skills. In addition, mentorship talks led by our members will guide the students in exploring career paths and personal development opportunities. We believe that Kapkoiga Girls’ Secondary School is an ideal venue for this program, given their commitment to academic excellence and potential to inspire students to achieve even greater success.
