Biography:
Dr. Ashish Singhal is an accomplished academician, researcher, administrator, and mentor with expertise in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is currently associated with the Department of Electrical Engineering at SISTec Ratibad, Bhopal, and has been actively contributing to teaching, research, innovation, and professional society activities.
He has significant experience in academics, technical mentoring, institutional development, and IEEE professional activities. His areas of expertise include Power Electronics, DC-DC Converters, MPPT Techniques, Optimization Techniques, MATLAB, PSIM, Embedded Systems, and IoT-based applications.
Dr. Singhal has guided students in research, innovation, paper publications, patents, and project development while promoting industry-oriented technical learning. He has also played an important role in innovation ecosystem development and institutional activities, contributing toward technical growth and entrepreneurship initiatives.
He is actively involved with professional bodies including IEEE and has contributed to organizing workshops, technical sessions, student activities, and collaborative events under the IEEE MP Section and IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) MP Chapter.

Prof. Namrata Talegaonkar is an experienced academician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at SISTec Ratibad, Bhopal. She has been actively involved in teaching, technical training, student mentoring, and professional activities related to Electrical Engineering and emerging technologies.
She possesses academic and practical expertise in areas such as IoT, embedded systems, electrical circuits, power electronics, and industrial applications. With a student-centric teaching approach, she has guided learners through hands-on technical sessions, workshops, and project-based learning activities.
Prof. Talegaonkar is also actively associated with IEEE activities and has contributed to various technical programs, workshops, conferences, and innovation initiatives organized under IEEE MP Section and IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES).
