Biography:
Mercedes Massana, Mercy for short, is a medical device consultant with over 40 years of expertise in the medical device industry. She has been working on medical devices since before she graduated from college. Mercy started her own consulting firm in 2009 after 25 years in industry.
When not working, Mercy can be found playing tennis or pickleball or obtaining certifications, which she now owns seven of them, including INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), RAC-Devices and five ASQ quality certifications.
