  • Section Congress 2026: Two events

    • SC2025 Virtual Event: 
      

      • Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
      • Attendees can select a session to attend at 11:00 AM or 9:00 PM ET
      • Registration information to be distributed in advance of the event
      • Webex access details will be distributed upon registration
      • Session recorded and available in the CLE

      SC2026 In-Person Event:
      

      • Location: Glasgow, Scotland
      • Dates: August 21–23, 2026
      • Format: 3-day event with workshops, panels, and tutorials

    • Access for the virtual event can be provided upon request. 
    • Section chair is being considered the primary delegate for both events - if the chair is unable to attend, then can assign someone else as primary. Any other delegate needs to be funded by the section

    • Vitality - PHO Chapter - Chapter Chair missing, and not reachable by Past Chair/Doug nor myself or at last employee

    • Vitality - BTS Chapter - Zhensheng reached out - BTS now co-hosting upcoming event.

  • Planning for Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony
